Goes directly to a small designated committee. Reports are read by the committee only; details are never circulated within the organisation without your prior consent.

Why we publish this

Documented brands publish risk language that others bury. An integrity line is one of the lowest-cost, highest-signal commitments a private company can make — and one of the first things sophisticated buyers, auditors, and regulators look for.

What can be reported

  • Suspected violations of law or regulation
  • Breach of documented operating procedures (chain-of-custody, hazardous-material handling, audit-trail integrity)
  • Safety hazards or near-misses at operating sites
  • Fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest, or other ethical concerns
  • Discrimination, harassment, or unsafe working conditions
  • Misrepresentation in our public communications, certifications, or commercial agreements

Confidentiality

Reports are read only by a small designated committee. Your identity is not disclosed to anyone outside that committee without your prior consent, unless required by law or judicial process.

Non-retaliation

Retaliation against any person who reports a concern in good faith, participates in an investigation, or supports a reporter is prohibited. Retaliation is itself a reportable violation under this policy.

Anonymous reports

You may submit a report anonymously by emailing integrity@terrakairecycling.com from an anonymous email account. We acknowledge receipt of anonymous reports through a posted update on this page if requested.

What happens after a report

  • 1. Acknowledgement of receipt within 5 business days (if not anonymous)
  • 2. Initial assessment by the integrity committee
  • 3. Investigation, with discretion appropriate to the issue
  • 4. Remediation or corrective action where warranted
  • 5. Follow-up with the reporter (where contact information was provided)

Externally

If you prefer to report outside the company, you may contact relevant regulatory authorities directly. For environmental concerns: Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) or Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). For labour concerns: the appropriate state labour commissioner. For corporate-governance concerns: the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
